Appeal regardless of strength carries immense risk

Mediation restores time commodity and allows for immediate continued DTC mass launch.


Presently- Amrn sits in limbo mode. Unwilling/unable to fully blitz launch until specter of IP is clear. There has been very little focus here on the time factor lost by delaying launch. Much of the focus here is on appeal and strategy but what may be lost by many is the incredible suppression that happens in the interim.


More specifically, since 3/30 launch sits on the runway rather than flying high. Yes, some will point to Covid but my point is towards all other facets; as soon as States reopen it is a golden opportunity to cement footprints
