it meant court hearing could be as long as 4 months after filing for expedited hearing. If we don't get expedited hearing, we won't know the appeal verdict until 18 months from now.

I definitely don't read it that way. Here is the quote:

Potential timing: motions filed Q2 2020; court hearing ~2 to 4 months thereafter then decision


No where does it say 18 months. Why would Amarin assume that they will receive expedited appeal and not even list a scenario for if they do not.
