Edamame---roasted and lightly salted---are a wonderful snack, almost as good a peanuts, I think. But their protein is astronomical for sure.

Sounds like you've got a good program going. Keep up all that water for the chia & flax combo.

Why not treat it as a day trade and pat yourself on the back for every day you succeed in not having to drink Diet Coke? And with chia we don't really acknowledge sucking seeds, right? As a matter of flax, we're reformulating your approach and you're going to find great results, I'm absolutely positive!

Stay on course and challenge yourself to use a soda strictly for reward. You don't really have to be a slave to taste bud sensationalism, do you?

I'm sure you can do more than you think you can do.
