Large Green, I certainly agree with the following, but in my mind, Susman, Micheal Lance Willingham, etal had to know that this was a dangling issue and potential dangerous to Equity holders who were forced to release or face losing everything. Susman may have left, but for damn sure Micheal Lance Willingham and Charles Edward Smith were aware of what went on and signed off on it. They may think they can hide and are out of the woods, but history will prove other wise, just saying.

Coop has an interesting pattern this morning...I like the slope! Lots of Shorts to cover according to the recent short report.



1) The underwriters (Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs), didn’t settle their claims (per the “underwriters stipulation” on March 28, 2013) until after POR7 was approved as they were treated with preferential treatment getting an extra year to sign their releases…this more than likely so Rosie could get rid of SG and then violated Amended POR 7 by diluting preferred (March 19, 2012).
