No I don't know the terms but obviously one day they will become unrestricted, maybe a year after issue or maybe longer. It doesn't matter even if it were today (obviously it's not) because common sense tells you there's zero chance they would sell here. They made the deal because they see value in those shares not to get peanuts for their company, which is exactly what they would get if they tried to sell here. Everyone involved know that shares are on the runway for massive price appreciation and the play here is to hold for a crap ton more upside.

And even if the entire o/s were to hit the float right now the stock is still dirt cheap here. Literally no issues, those 2 acquisitions are 2 of the bullish selling points in this story so far.
