It's a rapidly developing situation, as they say, but if you were neutral in the matter you wouldn't refer to one point of view as a "wing" and the other as a "consensus."

That said, however, I hope we can both agree that the Reuters article's indication that the infection rate in prisons is already quite high is a significant addition to our knowledge about the virus.

Everyone's been talking about ocean vessels, nursing homes, cities, and smallish countries but prisons might be our best source of epidemiological evidence thus far IMV.
