been communicating with them as well trying to get through how imo this vote is a waste of time and money. imo get the deal done and give laho shareholders whatever portion of our money so we can all move on or stay invested. the time it'll take for the vote and the outcome it's just a waste. if there is any value it'll be there with or without the vote so imo just give shareholders mssv shares and let shareholders decide what they want to do from the filings.
