If you are talking about when the FDA would be expected to publish the final guidelines on the new guidance, look at the numbers.

I clicked on the most recent (pre COVD) guidances to be finalized. From first draft published to final release took:

15 months
14 months
13 months
21 months
20 months

Going by that, I would not expect the final guidance this year (H/T o AVII for thinking of checking that)

If you are talking about hearing from the FDA on the trial, they do not publicly discuss ongoing trials of unapproved drugs. The first one ever hears from the FDA itself is a scheduled ADCOM if they hold one, else the actual approval letter if it happens. They do not provide public notice of application, PDUFA dates or rejections (CRLs).
