Tothe, I think you are using a very outdated Israeli tax & royalty rate levied on natural resources. Didn't Israel increase the royalty tax on gas & oil to 50-60% after NBL's huge Leviathan discovery? If true, this would dramatically affect your calculations.

Anybody know the actual most current Israeli royalty tax rates? (unfortunately no grandfather clause either as they changed them immediately after the fact post NBL Leviathan discovery)
