I don’t swing trade but charts correlate to whispers. 10:20am big block, followed by another 30 minutes later then shortly after lunch, level 2 buys tell the story, whispers got louder. It’s easy to read between the lines and if positive dialogue continues then very very soon the Reno mess will be like it never happened.

I don’t mean to be cryptic but Singer has a particular specialty. Thero and BoD won’t gamble billions on CAFC even if mounting evidence supports reversal. H&R need developed market to carve out Marine so they require a much different climate than what exists today. Time is working against Amrn here; they require resolution quickly.

First, clue was generics agreeing to expedited status. Clues a plenty abound add in the whispers gaining momentum and I’ll go out on a very short limb with this.......

EMA comes sometime between Aug-Nov. JT said q3 goal to deal EU. JT also said he expects expedited appeal in summer. If the GS January valid that M&A on the ready after Reno then add it all up.

In fact, EMA will come under other brand, so ,yes, I’m first predicting settlement coming soon. And, NO, other generics cannot/will not challenge for H&R challenged the Marine carve out which requires 3 years aNDA filing and then what? Try it now and then take on BP, hard pass. So, yes I predict settlement coming here q2 and then a 9/24 style pop for the whole mother lode shortly after IP resolved. I won’t speculate on the takeout price but safe to say much higher than current pps. And, I’m sorry the $40b crowd but you’ll be disappointed. There was once a time $30-$40billion seemed within reach but it will be lower.

But there’s a # coming that should delight many (a very reasonable and fair#) and it will indeed make for a fun summer.

I’m not here to pump it up. I wish it pushed $75pps but it’ll still be a multi bagger. I suspect settlement news May, bo before 7/4
