jonnydickerson; IMO, this is a test and evaluation phase by BMG. I am even more convinced that is the correct analysis because BMG did not incorporate the Secure Burn option.

I believe they wanted to see what would be the effect with a CD with notifications there was copy management installed on the CD's.

I also now believe the reason for not using that option was because they were concerned about possible unforseen problems and wanted the minimum risk this vanilla application would provide. There was a great deal of anger in the past because of faulty CD performance and BMG didn't want to risk another bout with angry customers. This application was so watered down that the risk was minimal and they could still get an evaluation in regards to customer acceptance.

What is very important is will BMG now go ahead with further evaluation and use the full monte of features available.
That, IMO, is the bet on the table now.

At 10 cents a share to own a part of the future action and having no negative response from the Sunncomm customers makes this an interesting speculation. Nothing has changed from yesterday in terms of the product, the customer, or the end users that I am aware of. Till that changes I'll stick around with my bet on the table.
