LP, I believe Newflow is correct. Remember, the FDIC has not been released and until they are released, we will probably not see any monies. I believe they could be released any day by Kosturos, Doreen Logan, Charles Smith, and others.

This could happen any day or may not happen for a long while. There is no way for us to know as everybody to this day denies any monies in Safe Harbor. I do not believe there would be anything more for us to do.

I also believe we are part of a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust that could hold a large part of what we should have coming back.

LP, to answer your question, I believe if SG were hired, they may share what they know about Safe Harbor or maybe able to take the case forward enough to find out exactly where we stand.

I have a lot of confidence in the UWs as this is the very business that are in and I highly doubt they will NOT get paid. Since they do this type of underwriting and had an extra year to sign off on the releases, you can bet they know the big money is in class 19 and they are in line to receive just like we are.
