I know of 3 people that have called and verified there is no specific gag order.

"THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE A
COMPANY CODE VERIFYING YOUR POSITION AS AN
ALPINE BOD MEMBER!!!!"

I did confirm that yes they won't give it to an individual but he do they report share structure to OTC which is current.

"ALPP HAS OFFICIALLY REQUESTED THAT THE ALPP SHARE
STRUCTURE NOT BE RELEASED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC,"

Now as for your quote above they confirmed that this is the same operating procedure for every stock they handle regardless of what the company says (How would you even know if your not an ALPP BOD) Now lets bring it all the way back where you said

So if we can both see the current verified share structure this statement is PURE CONJECTURE and should be rejected as such.
