Thank you... I have 70,000 shares at an average of.$8.53.
I have not received a notice of the annual meeting as of today..

It sure seems that the items for voting are of self interest and aggrandizement.
I'd rather see progress and projection as a basis for their proposals.
Of course I would.judt like breakig even and heading for an exit after all these years and reverse splits.
