Just sharing a post I read on twitter.

Although he says all notes are done he may have simply meant current conversions are finished.

Regardless the company did say on the CC their intention is to refinance remaining notes or pay them off.

So we really don't know yet if the June 1 or others will convert under the current terms. Doubt there is any issue with May 1 note
