It’s nice to see CUBV management team has the flexibility and the business sense to adjust the business model to changing business conditions. Seems smart to me.

As long as they remain free if convertible debt and dilution, I’m ok with it.

Once the courts open up again, I expect the final ruling on the share cancellations to be executed. Then, I suspect, the AS reduction will follow along with the name and ticker change.
