You are obviously correct. But I would argue that the CEO and VirTra can prevent that and ensure a ton of buying interest. Simply grow the company at 40% per year Q after Q in relentless aggressive fashion. Strategically use the share buyback. Strategically use the power of insider buys and BOD director buys. Develop a relationship with several good personal money managers to support the stock as required. Move the quarterly report dates up by several weeks. Why is Q1 in mid-May rather than in mid-April? They could prerelease Q1 numbers in early April and then officially announce in mid-May. That would be shareholder friendly and insti-friendly. They could deploy and leverage their cash to make a good acquisition.

Instead, it appears that they are content to sit back and not care about share price or their shareholders.
