Here is another one of those minor irritations. We are 24 minutes into trading today and a total of 15 shares have traded. Even worse, number of trades is 7. WHY DOES THE CEO PUT UP WITH THAT? There are all sorts of ways he could end that sort of crap in about a second yet no apparent actions are being taken.
