The smog/air-pollution in Moscow has cleared up quite amazingly these last two weeks as the shear volume of fossil fuel burning traffic in the capital has fallen off the cliff... I think Putin is seeing the true "cause and effect" of ICE (Internal Combustion Engines) much clearer now. Well good for him as Al Gore would say.
