Our primary asset is a 15,000 barrels per day crude oil and condensate processing facility that is located in Nixon, Texas (the "Nixon Facility"). As part of our refinery operations business segment, we conduct petroleum storage and terminaling operations under third-party lease agreements at the Nixon Facility. We also own pipeline assets and have leasehold interests in oil and gas wells. The pipelines and oil and gas wells are inactive.
