Why no public announcement of a deal with Total?

Why no shareholder updates about trading suspension, grey market, plans to bring filings up to date, share structure even though the often blamed gag order is no longer in place?

Provable: share price hasn't traded over 1/10 of a penny for 3 years and counting.

You forgot one:

Why 400 plus pages of litigation, despite the above? Does indeed not make sense, if one were to conclude that ERHC will go belly up.

They leave us in the dark, maybe they don't like (some of) us. But a share is a share... is a part of the company.
