There is also no proof that a top erhc executive made forward looking statements regarding a deal with Total and reinstatement of erhe shares to the pink sheets on a private phone call to one investor, yet allegations are made that he did even though imo this would raise some serious RegFD concerns.

Meanwhile, questions remain:

Why no public announcement of a deal with Total?

Why no shareholder updates about trading suspension, grey market, plans to bring filings up to date, share structure even though the often blamed gag order is no longer in place?

Provable: share price hasn't traded over 1/10 of a penny for 3 years and counting.
