1. Lawsuit loss is currently at $3 million, $3.7 million when attorneys fees are included.

2. According to my best information, Netherlands is real and on track for third quarter. However, creditors (greater than $10 million at last count) will grab the first cash. Bluesphere may get back-end, once creditors are paid. However, shareholder lawsuits are expected, once it is evident that there is something to grab.

3. Bluesphere management may get a few bucks way down the road, but the company itself is toast.

4. Some shareholders on this board insist on believing there is still a fortune to be made here. So be it.
