Based on recent court filings, it is doubtful that BLSP has any legal representation at this point due to lack of payment. It doubtful they have any cash flow based on the last SEC filings, lawsuit losses, and complete lack of communication.

AD guy appeared to be a creditor, so he may have the most creditable information as BLSP has not publicly pushed out any correspondence to either their shareholders or the public community at large.

The last I remember, the CFO quit, actually several have quit, so who knows what if anything is going on with BLSP. All speculation as of now.
