There’s less here than meets the eye. Lee was allegedly the owner of Saean, Inc., which bought the controlling interest of EMPM. In order for Sawyer to have been granted his control block in EMPM, Lee would have had to have voted in favor. For him to do that, then turn around and stiff them to the point of a lawsuit would be monumentally stupid.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
