Fact 2) Materion HAS washed its hands of LQMT and its corrupt management.

Fact 3) Eutectic is an independent company:

a) It has a contractual relationship with Materion to supply bmg's to Materion at which time Materion deems fit.

b) It has a contractual relationship with LQMT LF

Because Eutectix does business with both does not imply what some are inferring, to wit, that Materion still has an ongoing relationship with either Eontec or LQMT USA. In fact, this assumption is FALSE.

The day of the OPEN HOUSE is the same day that Materion Vidal and Clunes saw the writing on the wall and divorced themselves from LQMT management. Steipp had given Materion the finger by giving Lugee Li carte blanche the means of controlling the raw material and formulations of LQMT LF future purchases.

FACT 4) The EXACT same finger was given to ENGEL at the same OH.
Eontec has NOT purchased ANY ENGEL machines for itself or Dong Guan affiliates. The LQMT LF ENGEL machines have been MOTHBALLED indefinitely (meaning: forever. LQMT USA will NEVER buy any ENGEL machines again. Why? BECAUSE ENGEL IS SELLING their OWN VERSION of a machine MUCH IMPROVED over the MOTHBALLED MACHINES of LQMT LF.
