Blood clotting in Covid patients, according to multiple media sources.

A cursory google search regarding predisposition to clotting in general, includes, among many other things, being over 60.

Hydrating, moderate omega 3 consumption and moderate frequent exercise are a few things, among many, that can reduce likelihood of clotting in everyday life.

I donate blood, and I can tell you that when I am well hydrated before donating, it takes half the time to provide the required amount of blood. Literally drinking or not drinking enough water can effectively mean the difference between your blood flow. Dehydration not only increases risk of clotting, but it also can aggravate high blood pressure, heart rate, etc.

If you know you are guilty of not hydrating well enough throughout the day, now is a good time to change your habits. Of course, the key is moderation, consistency and frequency.
