A couple of 'connected' posters here and elsewhere have indicated that there is at least one Deal that is Done.

KW has been all over the map with reasons for not releasing a PR but I feel her last non-twitter statement is closest to the truth.

The March 17th Update gave no Update on the Deals everyone wanted to hear about. It contained a notice that most employees will work from home, shipments would still go out, Day 162 of 180 and still committed to goal. I feel the following sentence is the most important to understand our current situation;

"Certainly, at this time the news is overwhelmingly focused on Covid-19 so there are considerations to be made around timing the release of any Company news."

So, my best guess is that there is a completed Deal, KW is the one holding back the PR, waiting for Covid-19 to stop consuming all the news or at least some good news on business moving towards normal.

This would also explain no official April Update because she can't disclose a Material event only to existing shareholders.

This is all speculation on my part trying to take the facts that we do know to understand what we don't know.
