That definitive timelines are all what I need to know.

There was one timeline: the promise of data lock by the end of May. People might debate how definitive that is, but regardless, you are going to find that data lock is just another distraction. There is no definitive timeline between data lock and TLD, which means it could feasibly still be years and years before they release any data. That's what I would bet on. I've said for a while now that the only place you are ever going to see this TLD information is in a courtroom when it is produced as part of discovery by the plaintiffs. Nothing about the single timeline for data lock mentioned at the ASM changes my mind about that.

They have a failed trial. The evidence is overwhelming:

- After completing an IA five or six years ago they never said anything about the results and instead completely changed the direction of the trial. Now why would they do that?
- The CEO admitted as much in a response letter to the FDA when she begged them to bend their rules for companies with failed trials. Now why would she do that?
- She is lately talking an awful lot about this IDH1 distraction. Now why would she do that? IDH1 is all about taking the massive screw-ups with this trial, sweeping them under the rug and trying to find a tiny sliver of a silver lining. Again, it is just another tacit admission that the trial failed.

The company is not going to release TLD. They don't want to. Once they release TLD their ability to keep paying themselves ends.
