WHKA DD summary:
1) GBDP had 8M shares of WHKA that they paid $240K for and was worth 4.8M now.
2) They issued a divi of 1 WHKA per 30 GBDP to their shareholders. This only amounts to 333,333 shares of WHKA going out in the divi. That number is based on the number of shares of GBDP available....again a number based on GBDP financials which were just filed.
3) GBDP has a current net operating loss of around 4.5M. Remarkably close to the profit they were holding in WHKA.
4) They announce a divi mid November of WHKA. My assumtion is that they planned to dump and gave the token shares to their shareholders because they knew the price was going to dive because they were going to dump and the PR would help their pps.
5) From 11/30 to 12/4, roughly 9M shares were dumped on the market driving the price into the ground. I believe the majority of these shares were GBDX unloading their holdings to finance their own operation.
6) GBDP's own site says they jump into companies early and either finance them directly or buy a majority of the stock. In this case, that again verifies my assumptions because someone dumping a majority of the available stock will effect the price just like the case with WHKA.
7) WHKA has no idea what happened because it wasn't an internal thing.
SUMMARY:
1) only 333K shares hit the market on the 15th due to the divi.
2) GBDP is out or about out of shares.
3) new holders bought all the way down and now will hold for a nice bounce.
4) WHKA will figure it out sooner or later and PR. (Actually I have contacted their IR guy and forwarded him my theory with the DD to back it up)
So, sit back, buy on the dips, and hang on for the ride. This should fly sometime before the new year!
