No...The outstanding should be around 30 Million currently. You should never "need" to contact a transfer agent with any security that files. Just read the statements filed with the SEC and add up the total volume within a given frequency. Inventory turns are mostly static. Roughly 70 million shares traded the last 6 days, as such, figure a rough 20% is inventory turning..or..14 Million added to the outstanding.

That frequency is very short though...it's better if you are running a minimal of two quarterlies. You may see anywhere from 15% to 25% in any static inventory turn with convertibles. So you may want to start on April 1st....but the lacking volume up to last week(prior to last 6 trading days shouldn't prove much difference. Also, anything above 20% is a no go! If you study such correctly...you can find an entry and exit...but tread very...very.. lightly. It looks like most there are just guessing...which is another no go!...no no!

Something to study there would be any warrants. I haven't looked at all the info....but I guarantee there are full ratchet mofos' there my friend. Given the drop in share price while the company becomes a bit more liquid is going to trigger such. Looks like I have a weekend study...possibly :)
