Amarin would have to file a formal motion for this to be an expedited appeal. Maybe they file that motion with their Docketing Statement. On the last conference call, I think JT said that Amarin would be seeking an expedited appeal. That Brief will be quite interesting. So basically in 14 days we may get all kinds of clarification on the substance and direction of this appeal.
