What's disappointing in the filing is the four year liquidation period required by Florida law. Shareholders won't get that $2.2 million for four years which is a bummer. I sold 60% of my position at .0085 and would sell the rest now at .008 if I could. I won't sell at .0075 though as I think I'll do better taking the .0048 distribution and selling for more than .0027 after. We'll see.
