USSE depends on USSP to use the biofuel to make electricity.Cost of coal delivered- SOURCE; www.eia.doe.gov(coal data, reports)
shows LA at $24.66 and MS at $50.03 per ton price at electrical utility plants.

USSP will not be able to secure funding to build an electric plant unless the cost of biofuel is equal to or less than coal. To compare other fuel to $52.02 coal--Wood $11.58 per ton, Natural gas $1.64 per 1000 ft3, Corn $.63 per bushel, Propane $.14 per gallon, Fuel oil #2 (closest to USSE's biofuel) at$.23 per gallon.

USSP's business plan could only pay $.23 per gallon or less for biofuel. The above is based on $52.02 per ton coal. Using the MS price of $26.01 or less, Fuel oil #2 would be $.11 per gallon.

USSE could possible blend its biofuel with diesel. The Question then becomes USSE's ability to be under the current price for #2 fuel oil which is $1.72 per gallon WSJ 12/12.
