The appeal will be decided on whether judge Du interpreted the law correctly...nothing more...nothing less

I am as disturbed by this turn of events as much as anyone...I am still fully invested after 9 years of ups and downs with Amarin and I have tried to explain my stance to myself out by making certain predictions for myself...the last prediction is the most important by far.
1.the CAFC will agree to a need for an expedited appeal
2. the generics will file an ANDA
3. Amarin will be awarded an injunction against the Generics entering the market prior the appeal.
4. the Generics will not market at risk
5. There will no BO of Amarin or partnering with a European BP before the appeal is decided
6. Amarin will win the appeal

My record on predictions is somewhat spotty...
1. on Marine...I was right
2. on Anchor...I was wrong
3. On R-IT...I was right
4. on the FDA Adcom I was right
5. on the Generics trial...I was wrong

So I've been right 3 times and wrong twice...that's 60% and...I can live with those odds
