I agree. They also backed up their guidance by releasing PR. IMO if they were intending to take this to September or November they would have:-

1. Put a raise of shelf to vote
2. Not committed themselves to specific dates for data lock and TLD
3. Played more on the virus 'card' to justify further delays

If I had to guess I believe TLD will be released mid June

we shall see
