you are right troc, it "could be" an excuse for further delay` s or an explanation to! What´ s so bad? I welcome IF, if they annouce it then! But that implies your statement - an excuse for delay - anyway!
Small delays aren ` t ideal, but nobody ! and NO SMALL PHARMA, not you and I living in such an ideal world.

Last comment from me to the subject. I find it good to do so and their have been some useful finds and explanations by skilled boardmember` s why!

With all the shortcomings of management, NWBO and their advisoryboard (maybe FDA), knows best what to do and they should be able to do this in about the time they need anyway.
