Just announcing press conference on Wed and a call for investors private meetings from there. Sounds like more dilution coming...what else can Rich secure new investors use to secure their investments, except new Preferred shares (Pref H?) and cheap warrants that concert/exercise to common. DILUTION.

I hope it’s becoming clearer why Rich left AS at 200M. Anyone with sense should ignore the OS or even shares out to value the company stock, but rather the AS. In all cases, the current PPS is way overvalued.
