omni needs to move from an I.P. state to patents whereby we can better assess the potential or intrinsic values of what they believe there products are capable of.
right now there more or less in the idea phase mixed with trademarks on words/phrases.

gotta find their patents but this is not an easy feat with companies inside private companies etc..


still need to verify there business info in deleware the only way to get this info is to fly their go to the clerk and request it in person* once covid is through i plan to book a flight.

Absent patent protection or a confidentiality agreement that accepts an obligation not use or disclose an idea – which are extremely difficult if not impossible to obtain with only an idea – the idea can be taken and used without payment.
