Moving towards data lock

Moved process forward with work arounds.

Excited about progress

Business shut down for two months.

Where do we stand today/ timelines:
Remaining queries to be done in May.

Data lock by end of May.

Challenges on sample collection; happy to say they have identified a method to include IDH mutation status. Do-able even on bio samples from years ago.

Continuing data collection.

Steps after data lock:
1. Independent statisticians gain access to clinical trial database. Raw data and calculations. Median survival, etc Statistical calculations, develop graphs and tables. All the work to take raw data and put it into results. Takes several weeks.
2. Company becomes unblinded when statisticians delivers the data.
3. Consult with medical experts. SAB etc. Gather questions and comments. Prepare info for public info.
4. Announce the results
5. Based off of comments, sounds like September.
6. Gave a real timeline, but be patient with the way the world is.
Sounds like they would of data locked by now if COVID didn’t happen. We would have gotten results by ASCO, or close to.

I’m overly good with Linda Powers comments. I will invest more.
