Well I’m not sure the T/Cs of the notes. The remaining notes aren’t due till Aug. The ceo says he’s working to negotiate all notes in cash. Not sure if any are left. Could be the company diluting the remainder of the o/s. Ceo claims no need to use a/s. Much will unveil in the coming weeks.
