Did you miss the words "majority owner"? Are there other minority holders? Do you remember Li's control over EONTEC when the Chinese State was a minority holder and simply took control of EONTOC?
Is there another shareholder of LQMT HK? I do not know. Do you know?
Your documentation is full of holes. For that matter, Li controls LQMT LF
even without the majority. That is how he rolls. And, if you believe everything Li says, you know that the LQMT HK shares are going to be transferred (not sold, not negotiated?) to EONTEC.
