If things remain as they are (no settlement & no appeal win), despite:

1) having one of the most efficous trials ever for USA's #1 killer;

2) virtually no side-effects;

3) 16-0 ADCOM vote;

4) extremely broad FDA label;

5) extremely cheap,

No one will be able to advertise any of this to the American people. Is this not total insanity?!
