Time to put Integral to work
Courtesy of the religious affiliate ZN oil Microcrap scam. A scam that is approaching 2 yrs since the SEC opened a formal investigation. Company hinted without saying so it was about past financials.
There exists a Rob Dunn sometimes Robert Dunn serves as COO of ZN.
Then one has:
Rob Dunn, the founder of Acoustic Geo, selling Acoustic Geo to Rob Dunn of Viking, having a contract with Robert Dunn of Zion Oil for 3D seismic testing. Apparently the SEC believed nothing was wrong with such a relationship. Either the SEC was thrown off by the name, or the attempt to cleanse the Internet of the information.
Recently ZN purchased a refurbished rig, and announced they were setting up the equivalent of an oil services subsidiary. Is there anything to prevent the BODs of ZN from appointing the relative of a board member as head of the new subsidiary? Of course paying a comfortable salary. I can't think of any.
