Technically speaking, a Hong Kong holding company owns these shares, set up by Li for this purpose. I do not know who besides Li may be owners of the holding company. Li pledged that the holding company would transfer the LQMT LF shares to EONTEC when certain conditions were reached by LQMT LF (profitability, listing, etc). Since then, the Chinese State took controlling interest in EONTEC which was Li's flagship company. So who/what
ultimately has or will have control of these 410 million shares (and maybe more)?
