How are they going to fulfill a $35 million order?
Too easy of a question. The company (Chinese?) manufacturing the kits are charging $17.40 for each kit made. If unable to deliver 2M kits to our heroes, it's just marked down as a back order.
Don't need no damn $35M. Just let things dribble through.
Over in PMCB ville there are no "orders", or guesstimated profit margin per unit. Instead the Chinese company is the supplier, and it's up to PMCB to find customers. Being the last hog to the trough. SHs are awaiting for $Ms to pour in. But here's the neat thingy...
If the CEO can procrastinate up to Jul before reporting revenues, then the 10Q covers from May-Jul. No or trivial revenues to report. Then the SHs get to speculate about revenues for the rest of 2020. Bouncing off the walls with their dreams. Then the months of Aug-Oct will be covered in a 10Q due 23-Dec (NT filing included). SHs won't know the revenue is trivial to non-existent till essentially 2021. Another yr, another yearly salary for the insiders. Tricky timing there eh?
