Exactly "they all should have been called in to testify" = VERY POOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION !!! AMRN should have spent a couple of bucks more for some second and third opinions as to strategy. Billions of dollars on the line. Not only is DU a Dork but so is the representation that staggered into a third rate legal trap. Cantor should be fired. AMRN management are not lawyers so I am soooo glaaad to see them add to the legal team.
