O/S now 273.9mil as of today.

Lowest price in last 20 days is .0097. Puts possible further sales/dilution down to about .0068.

KWBT said no RS. They also said no further dilution at around 210mil O/S.

The A/S anticipated to be 3bil. CEO can always blame the virus to explain why they need a RS.
