Man, reading all this bantor about the various nuances of the case (don't get me wrong, I really appreciate everyone's take as you are all much smarter than me), just reinforces what a crock of shit the whole situation has become.

I mean, bottom line is generics will infringe on Reduce It which was far from obvious. In a fair and just world, it would be case closed and the generics told to pound sand. Unfortunately, we do not live in a fair and just world and Du is not a fair and just judge.

I know this does not help one iota, other than allowing me to release a little steam.
