I'm not too worried here..if i was one of the investors that went thru the share swap i would be concerned but it may work out good for us..its in Lee's best interest to finish this process and get out of this lawsuit or he will most likely have all those share swapped investors to face in lawsuits. If he doesn't correct this situation he stands to lose everything he has built. I think Sawyer is a great leader for us to have at this point..he has the experience to hold Lee accountable and is looking to complete the deal..Lee's main issues in my opinion is lack of communication between previous debtors and future debtors. To gain trust there has to be clear communication between parties. Sawyer may be able to teach lee a valuable lesson by gaining this preferred shares voting control and holding up this process to challenge accountability
